Being in the age of new laws and technical advancements in law enforcement it is important to make sure that the sites that you create do not infringe on copyrights.
Take extra effort in your design as to follow the rules.
Intellectual property enforcement rules have been put in place that give government the way to simply turn a site off if something is found.
This law does not only focus on software, movies and music but also addresses simple materials that are copyrighted.
I think that the discussion what and what does not should be addressed very clearly. That way we can easily know if something may be in violation.
