You can communicate using facebook using many tools not only can you create your own page but you can use many of the powerful applications from the facebook developers.
If you have an application that does not respond as desired you can solve this sometimes by other methods like:
-Clear your internet cache
depending on your browser this setting can normally be discussed in the browser help under "removing cookies".
-Clear your video cache
Most of the time you can right click on a video and look for the cache setting
-Close your other open applications
May be that you have to minimize or close other programs or applications on your local machine.
Each machine has it's limits...
